Processing Time:

All items are made-to-order or pre-order, unless stated otherwise. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the location and weight of your package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping. (Update this if you plan to.)

Order Issues & Delays:

Lohsachy is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been handed to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
